Skills and qualifications:

• Full-time plumber who repairs and performs preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and pipe systems
• Attention to detail
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, dexterity in tight work areas, proficiency with hand tools and with power tools.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and record all work.
• Report any defective or substandard equipment
• Emergency calls on weekends, evenings, and holidays
