What You’ll Do

• Residential HVAC Service & Repairs – Diagnose, service, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential homes
• Weekend Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify and resolve HVAC system issues, including comfort and air quality concerns
• Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient system operation
• Customer Communication – Clearly explain findings, solutions, and system recommendations to homeowners
• System Performance Optimization – Recommend products and services that improve comfort, efficiency, and system longevity
• Technical Accuracy – Read and interpret technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and manufacturer specifications
• Code & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work complies with national and local HVAC codes and safety standards
• Digital Documentation – Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations using ServiceTitan
• Professional Service Experience – Deliver a respectful, trustworthy, and customer-first experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• HVAC certification or equivalent trade/technical school training
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality systems
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service software (preferred, not required)
• Strong customer communication and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
