Job Responsibilities (Plumbing Install Helper)

• Assist With Plumbing System Installations: Support lead plumbers in installing, replacing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems and fixtures including toilets, faucets, water heaters, and basic piping tasks

• Support System Testing & Inspections: Help perform inspections and testing to ensure safety, water quality, and code compliance

• Repairs & Troubleshooting Assistance: Assist with common repairs and help resolve issues identified during inspections or service calls

• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with homeowners, assist in answering basic questions, and support the lead plumber in providing solutions

• Service Calls & Job Preparation: Help prepare materials, load/unload tools, and organize equipment for installations and repairs

• Service Titan Knowledge: Experience with Service Titan is a plus—assist with simple scheduling notes, job updates, and customer communication

• Compliance & Safety: Follow all safety standards and local plumbing codes while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Some residential plumbing experience preferred or strong mechanical aptitude

• *Background in digging is a plus!

• Basic understanding of plumbing practices, tools, and common repairs

• Willingness to learn soldering, fixture installation, and plumbing system basics

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and fixture installation

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
