Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.

  • Prioritize service requests based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability.

  • Monitor and adjust schedules to maintain optimal efficiency and productivity.

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding service availability, estimated arrival times, and potential delays.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

  • Keep customers informed about the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.

  • Enter data into company dispatch and customer management systems.

  • Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dispatching or customer service within plumbing, electrical, or service‑technician environments is preferred.

  • 2+ years of dispatch experience.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including late nights and weekends.

Pay: Hourly pay range of $20 – $26 per hour
