Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common residential plumbing repairs
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and residential code compliance
- Communicate effectively with customers, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear cost estimates
- Handle service calls, respond to customer needs, and deliver high‑quality workmanship
- Utilize ServiceTitan software (preferred)
- Maintain an active Journeyman’s Plumbing License
Qualifications
- Residential plumbing experience required
- Active Journeyman’s Plumbing License required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to perform plumbing tasks safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new techniques and methods
