HVAC LEAD INSTALLER D2 / S2 License Holder 

 

Are you a seasoned HVAC professional with leadership experience, ready for a new opportunity? Bruni & Campisi is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our established and growing team. If you have at least 5 years of HVAC installation experience, hold a valid Connecticut D2 / S2 License, and bring proven leadership skills, this is your chance to work with a company known for excellence, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality. Responsibilities

  • Install and oversee residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini‑split systems
  • Lead, mentor, and train HVAC installers to ensure high‑quality work, productivity, and adherence to company standards
  • Conduct system startups and perform thorough testing to verify proper functionality and compliance with manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, provide expert recommendations, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation‑related issues to ensure optimal system performance
  • Ensure all installations comply with the National Electrical Code, and state/local HVAC regulations
  • Perform final inspections to confirm all work meets Bruni & Campisi’s quality standards
  • Use ServiceTitan software to document job details and maintain accurate customer records (preferred)
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure job sites are stocked with necessary materials and tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve installation efficiency and overall service quality
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Valid Connecticut D2 license strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior installers
  • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems including AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini‑splits
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field‑service software (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation manuals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and high‑quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, tools, and materials as needed
