Bruni & Campisi is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Install Helper Team.

 Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Transport and set up tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
• Help in the assembly and installation of HVAC components such as ducts, pipes, and wiring.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning and replacing filters.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe by following safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist in diagnosing issues with HVAC systems and reporting findings to senior technicians.
• Learn and adhere to industry standards and local building codes.
• Provide support in testing HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about project progress and needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

 Helper Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of experienced technicians.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
