HVAC Service Manager – Bruni & Campisi (Elmsford, NY)

Bruni & Campisi, a trusted leader in residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our HVAC department. As part of the Apex Service Partners network, we’re committed to operational excellence, technician development, and delivering top-tier service to our clients across Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Fairfield Counties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Department Leadership – Lead and manage all aspects of the HVAC division, including service, n sales, and maintenance teams
  • Team Development – Recruit, train, and mentor technicians and apprentices; foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence
  • Operational Oversight – Manage daily workflow, technician dispatching, job scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Technical Support – Provide expert guidance on complex installations, diagnostics, and troubleshooting; serve as the go-to technical authority
  • Customer Experience – Ensure exceptional service delivery; resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships
  • Process Optimization – Identify and implement improvements in workflow, service delivery, and departmental KPIs
  • Software & Reporting – Oversee accurate use of ServiceTitan for job tracking, performance analytics, and technician productivity
  • Safety & Compliance – Ensure all work adheres to local codes, OSHA standards, and company safety policies

 Qualifications

  • Experience – 5+ years in the HVAC industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or trade management role
  • Licensing: NATE certification and OSHA 30 preferred
  • Technical Mastery – Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including installation, service, and repair
  • Leadership Skills – Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and build a positive work culture
  • Customer Focus – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Software Proficiency – Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms preferred
  • Organizational Strength – Skilled in time management, multitasking, and strategic planning
  • Driver’s License – Valid license with a clean driving record
