🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance & Safety Inspections: Perform routine MSI (Maintenance, Safety, and Inspection) services on residential plumbing systems

• Water Quality & Code Compliance: Test water quality and inspect systems to ensure safety and compliance with local codes

• Customer Engagement: Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain findings, offer solutions, and recommend services

• Sales Support: Use proven sales techniques to build trust and help customers make informed decisions

• Documentation: Accurately record service details, inspection results, and customer interactions

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with dispatch and service teams to ensure efficient job completion

• Safety & Standards: Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times

• Service Titan Knowledge (Preferred): Experience using Service Titan for scheduling and documentation is a plus

🎓 Qualifications:

• Mechanical Aptitude: No plumbing experience required—just a strong desire to learn and grow

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, honest, and dependable with excellent communication abilities

• Process-Oriented: Able to follow structured procedures for inspections and assessments

• Physical Capability: Comfortable working in tight spaces and handling physical tasks

• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record
