Daily Technician Scheduling – Coordinate and manage daily schedules for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians, ensuring efficient routing and minimal downtime.
Customer Coordination – Communicate with customers via phone, text, or email to confirm appointments, dispatch technicians, and provide real-time updates.
Job Assignment & Routing – Assign jobs based on technician availability, skillset, and proximity using ServiceTitan or equivalent dispatching software.
Field Communication – Serve as the communication hub between the field team and office staff, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the day.
Emergency & On-Call Dispatch – Manage after-hours service dispatch as needed, ensuring high-priority calls are handled with urgency and professionalism.
Data Entry & System Updates – Maintain accurate job statuses, notes, and technician time logs in ServiceTitan throughout the day.
Coordination with Managers – Collaborate with service and install managers to adapt to changes in workload, technician availability, and customer needs.
Problem Solving – Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, and delays while maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction.
Customer Follow-Ups – Assist with follow-up communication for incomplete or rescheduled jobs to ensure customer expectations are met.
Dispatching Experience – 2+ years in a service dispatch or call coordination role, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade environment.
Software Proficiency – Experience with ServiceTitan, HouseCall Pro, or other dispatching/CRM software preferred.
Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple moving parts, prioritize calls, and stay calm under pressure.
Strong Communication – Clear and professional phone presence with strong written and verbal communication skills.
