Bruni & Campisi, part of the Apex Service Partners network, is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting our field teams by ensuring they have what they need—when and where they need it. This is a high-impact, behind-the-scenes role that keeps our service teams running efficiently and our customers happy.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, pulling, and staging materials

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical parts & tools

• Organize and stock technician trucks in alignment with company standards

• Monitor purchasing needs and partner with vendors to manage material orders and deliveries

• Coordinate job-site material deliveries to ensure timely support for field teams

• Work cross-functionally with Service Managers, Dispatch, and Field Techs to support operational flow

• Uphold Apex standards for safety, cleanliness, and warehouse organization

• Use ServiceTitan and other systems to track inventory movement and usage

• Lead by example and manage any support staff as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating warehouse operations

• Industry experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Construction) strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with inventory software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

• Excellent communication and a strong sense of accountability

• Valid driver’s license required
