Job Responsibilities

• Routine HVAC Maintenance – Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homes

• System Inspections – Inspect HVAC equipment and systems to identify wear and tear, potential problems, and ensure safe operation

• Filter Replacements & System Cleaning – Replace air filters, clean coils, ducts, and other system components to maintain efficiency and air quality

• Performance Testing – Test and monitor HVAC system performance, measuring temperatures, pressures, and airflow to ensure optimal operation

• Customer Interaction – Communicate findings to homeowners, provide updates on maintenance procedures, and offer system care tips

• Maintenance Reporting – Use Service Titan software to document maintenance visits, report system conditions, and schedule follow-up services as needed

• Compliance & Standards – Ensure all maintenance work is completed according to national and local building codes and safety regulations

• Team Collaboration – Work closely with HVAC installers and service technicians to report system issues or recommend upgrades

• Energy Efficiency Recommendations – Advise customers on ways to improve system performance and reduce energy costs

• Safety Compliance – Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of both technicians and customers

Qualifications

• Experience – 1+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a related role

• Certifications – Technical certification or training in HVAC systems is preferred

• Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with HVAC components and maintenance procedures

• Software Skills – Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus

• Attention to Detail – Ability to spot early signs of wear and system inefficiencies

• Communication Skills – Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities

• Team Player – Willingness to support other technicians and departments as needed

• Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliability – Dependable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
