Job Responsibilities: 

Install HVAC Systems: Perform HVAC installations in residential settings, ensuring systems are energy-efficient and function optimally

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the team to plan and execute HVAC installations, meeting project specifications and industry standards

Measure and Fabricate Components: Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials such as ductwork, piping, and electrical components to meet installation requirements

Connect and Test Systems: Integrate HVAC systems with existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, performing tests to verify functionality and resolve any issues

Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage professionally with clients, explaining system operations, addressing inquiries, and offering advice to ensure long-term satisfaction

Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow company procedures and safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Complete Documentation: Accurately complete all installation documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventories

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC vocational training program is preferred

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of HVAC systems and components

Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards for HVAC installation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation and repair

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
