As a field supervisor, we expect you to perform three key tasks:

• 5+ years of lead installer experience with all forced air and hydronic HVAC systems ( preferred )
• Provide subject matter expertise during estimation and job-costing phase of projects that require it. This may include but is not limited to consulting with service technicians and estimators, collaborating with installation and warehouse leadership to develop and requisition material and equipment requirements, and providing guidance to installers as necessary.
• Conduct pre-install site surveys on projects that require them. Tasks inherent to site surveys may include but are not limited to validating equipment and material requirements, confirming proper duct sizing and engineering, and identifying potential friction points for installers.
• Control quality before, during, and after installation. This task includes ensuring install crews are prepared to execute properly, checking progress during installation, and reviewing completed work.
